Your child’s IEP meeting is coming, and the school team has done this hundreds of times. You know your child better than anyone at that table. What you may not know is what the team is required to do, what belongs in writing, and how to ask so the request is answered.

Dr. Johnson served North Carolina institutions for 35 years: mental health worker, teacher, administrator, executive director. He has sat on the institution’s side of the table for more of these meetings than most people will in their lifetimes. He knows how the decisions are made, what the paperwork actually does, and the difference between a request that is filed and a request that is answered. CVC exists to put that knowledge on your side of the table.
Dr. Johnson does not attend IEP meetings or serve as a formal advocate. His role is to prepare and equip you to participate effectively yourself.

The audit reads your document the way the receiving office will: what it asks for, what it proves, what it leaves open, and where the language works against you. You receive written findings with sources. The decision to send it stays yours.
IEP Coaching
$595 for three sessions
Coaching is three working sessions in which you build the document your situation requires: your evidence, your words, your name at the bottom. You learn what to ask for, what the institution can and cannot refuse, and how to put a request in the form institutions are built to answer. Dr. Johnson spent a career making complicated things learnable. You leave with the finished document and the method that produced it. The next one, you will not need us.
Where AI fits
Many parents now draft with an AI tool, and Dr. Johnson uses them too. A tool can supply language. It cannot supply your facts or tell you what the school is obligated to do. The audit and the coaching both check your document against those two things.
